We provide comprehensive consolidation services. We can collect your goods from different suppliers and consolidate them into our central warehouse. Once all items arrive, we will group them and ship them out as a single consignment. This service effectively helps you optimize space, reduce paperwork, and significantly cut down on your shipping costs.

Once your shipment is dispatched, we will provide you with a Tracking Number and the official website of the carrier (express/airline/shipping line). You can easily track the status online. Additionally, our customer service team will proactively send you daily or weekly shipping status updates via email or chat.

For Air Freight/Express, 100% prepaid is required before shipment departure. For Sea Freight (LCL/FCL), payment is expected upon receiving the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L). We accept bank telegraphic transfers (T/T), PayPal, Alibaba Trade Assurance, Western Union, and Alipay.

International carriers use Chargeable Weight to calculate freight costs, which is the higher value between Actual Gross Weight and Dimensional (Volume) Weight. The formula for Volume Weight is: Express / Air: L*W*H (cm) / 5000 (or 6000 for some lines). Sea / Rail LCL (DDP): L*W*H (cm) / 6000. If your product is lightweight but bulky (e.g., plastic toys, pillows), it will be charged based on volume weight.

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid / Double Clearance tax-inclusive) means the shipping company handles China export, destination customs clearance, and pays all import tariffs and taxes, delivering cargo to your doorstep with zero tax bills or customs hassle. Highly recommended for e-commerce sellers and small buyers. DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid / DAP) means the shipping company covers transport, but you (the buyer) must handle customs clearance and pay import duties/VAT to your local customs before delivery.

Yes, but shipping pure batteries (UN3480/UN3481) or power banks is extremely restricted. They are classified as Class 9 Dangerous Goods. They cannot be shipped via standard air cargo or standard express. They must go through dedicated DG Sea Freights (with professional UN boxes) or specialized battery-dedicated courier channels. They require full MSDS, UN38.3, and heavy compliance packaging.

In the UK, Postponed VAT Accounting (PVA) allows UK-registered VAT businesses importing commercial goods to account for and offset import VAT on their standard VAT returns rather than paying it at the port of entry. When the shipping line clears the customs broker, they declare PVA. This avoids the upfront cash payment of 20% UK VAT, improving business cash flow immediately.
